Relaxation Massage is a very low-impact style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and petrissage to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity and sleep quality.

Therapeutic/Deep Tissue massage techniques. Perfect for aching muscles from working out or overuse.
Therapeutic massage is useful in dismantling tension patterns, eliminating trigger and tender points, and relieving soreness and tension throughout the body. Pressure varies depending on muscle response, but the techniques used don't always require mass amounts of pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body, often using very firm pressure. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure there is not a lot of pain involved. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common for a few days after treatment, and that plenty of water is usually suggest after treatment to prevent further soreness and stiffness.
Pregnancy (or Prenatal) Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, this massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Hot Stone Massage is a style of massage where heated basalt stones are used on the body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Manual cupping uses silicon or plastic cups with pumps to create suction in order to facilitate movement between the fascial layers via myofascial decompression and bring fluids to the skin's surface. It's been shown to be an effective treatment for conditions such as low back pain, tension headaches, cough/dypsnea, lumbar disc herniation, and cancer pain. Manual dry cupping involves cups being suctioned onto the skin and being moved around in order to gain fascial movement. Once a restriction is felt, the cup is stayed to aid in decompression of the area. The entire session is mostly therapeutic work with cup use as necessary. To use the cups for too long exclusively has been found to be uncomfortable by most clients.
While receiving treatment, it is not uncommon to result in marking of the skin in some areas. These marks are usually not permanent and will go away in a few days. Some discomfort is common, but let your therapist know if it goes beyond a 5 out of 10 on the pain scale.
Dry manual cupping is not appropriate for clients who are pregnant, very elderly, having varicose veins or areas of large veins close to the skin, or clients currently receiving chemo or radiation treatments for cancer.
